Howdy Everyone! It's Liz from Alite!
As many of you know my littlest lady was born rockin' an extra chromosome...she has Down Syndrome and is about the coolest thing since sliced bread :)
We believe in the futures of these amazing individuals like her so much we started a non-profit in her honor, Ruby's Rainbow, to grant postsecondary educational scholarships to adults with Down Syndrome. We have received applications from all over the country from these amazing individuals seeking higher education and it has been very inspiring to learn about them all!
Our first fundraiser, Ruby's Rockin' Rainbowl, will be held at Dartbowl on Sunday, July 29th! There will be live music, food, silent auction..and of course..BOWLING! There are still a few slots open for bowlers - We would love to see you there, but you can't make it and you still want to support you can make a small contribution to "Team Ruby Rollers"!
