Hello and Happy Hump Day!!! Whoot Whoot! That's only one day away from the unofficial beginning of the weekend.

Now let's recap the past weekend. this past Friday My Buddy, Big Will, hosted the Flashy Friday's @ 219 West Rooftop. It was such a fun night. The spot was very nice. We had the back side of the rooftop which is like a room all to it self but it's open. Bottles were poppin and the DJ was on point. He had us all shaking and moving. Let me tell you, I danced like I haven't danced a day in my life. It was one of the best nights eva!

This weekend I'm hitting up the Belmont to see and hear Spinderella on the ones and twos. If you use to listen to Salt N Peppa then you have already heard the sounds of Spinderella because she was the DJ!!! It's gonna be another wild night of dancing. Hollar!! It's Thursday!!!
Last night was a very fun night. After my walk around beautiful Town Lake I went home ate and jumped in the shower and got ready to party with my boy Big Will. It was his birthday and we were celebrating Big Will Style. We met up at Niche where Glenn and the boys were hosting a Ladies Night. $2 Wells and Free Wings!!! The drinks were on point, the music was jamming and the wings were slamming! Great job on the wings Glenn. I think I will request your wings for my next party!! So, it turned out to be a great night. Hung out with some friends that I haven't seen in awhile. You know working and having a life sometimes prevents us from all hanging out every time. Will's bday was a great way for all of us to get together, catch up and have some fun. Happy Birthday Will and may the party keep going!!!
Speaking of which, if you didn't have time to get out last night, Friday is a prefect night to let loose. Happy Friday!!!

Let's catch up with my activities for the 2012 Texas Relays.
Started off with The Urban Fest on Friday. It was a lovely day and the performers hit the mark. First there was Melanie Fiona. She is a very talented singer. Loved the entire vibe of her show. Band and back-up singers were very good. Then there was Miguel. Now he showed his AS#! Most couldn't believe their ears when he sang a song and all you heard was PuSS#! It was a shocker only because it was a family event but it was late and them kids should have been in bed. LOL. He and his band really did a great job. Almost forgot the Wobble Boyz. That's what I call them. They did a good job as well.
Then me and Bev got ourselves together to hit up Geisha Room and then over to Deco Lounge. Both we fabulous! Had a crazy good time.

Saturday, we headed out to get a bite to eat downtown. We went to Jo's on 2nd Street! Now I love me some Jo's Turbo and now I am in love with their Smoked Turkey Sandwich. You should try!! Then we did a little 2nd street shopping. Hit up 6th street and checked out the Iron Cactus day party. Then we headed out for our 2nd night at The Urban Music Fest. This night was very disappointing to me. Maybe it's because I've seen After 7 and Boyz 2 Men way to much or maybe because I was hoping Baby Face would be a blast to hear. Maybe I was too excited but I was quickly let down by the tried voices and bad dance moves. I just know that I just wasn't feeling it. Maybe it was just me but Sat. show was a bust except for J Lamont, the comedian, he was really funny. Wouldn't have minded if he did the entire show himself.
So after the Fest we got dressed and hung out with Tonja and Nikol at Hudson. Very good night. DJ Nice was old schooling like no bodies busy.
Sun. was a pack up and go home day. All in all it was a very nice weekend. This weekend I'm chilling!! But don't fear you can check out my Upcoming Events Tab and get info on 2 Chainz performing tomorrow!!
